PsychicZero Return Policy

At PsychicZero, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at the Blessed by Zero store. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our return policy. Please review the details below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

 

Return Eligibility:

 

1. Time Frame: You can return items within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

• Digital products (e.g., e-books, spells)

• Customized or personalized items

• Gift cards

 

Return Process:

 

1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@psychiczero.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Refunds:

 

1. Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2. Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds are granted if items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges:

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@psychiczero.com for assistance.

 

Order Cancellations:

 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have been processed and shipped, making it ineligible for cancellation.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@psychiczero.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
